If you have started doing deliveries for Wal-Mart Spark, you may have come across something called a “Round Robin” order, and wondering what they are.
Round Robin orders will usually show up shortly after you hit the “Spark Now” button on the app.
You will be able to tell the difference between a Round Robin and a regular order by the number of seconds you have to accept or reject it.
A RR order will give you 60 seconds, while a regular one may be several minutes.
Here is a screenshot of what one looks like:
So, to summarize, Round Robins are orders specifically sent only to YOU.
From my experience it is good to accept these when you can as they can improve your acceptance rate and may get you better orders later during your shift.
You don’t always have to accept the 60 second orders, so don’t feel like it is mandatory. If the delivery is too far away and doesn’t pay enough, you probably will want to pass on the delivery.
You may notice that Round Robin orders will show up later during your shift.
Experiment around and over time you’ll develop a sort of sixth sense as to accept or reject RR orders.
Good luck!
